Our story

Built on the belief that coffee should mean something.

Ragged Edge Coffee House started with a simple conviction: the best coffee doesn't need a loud room or a long menu. It needs good beans, a steady hand, and the patience to do things the right way.

Located on Fairfield Road in Gettysburg, we've built a space where the rhythm is slower and the attention to detail is everything — from the grind size to the pour to the pastry that arrives fresh every morning.

Single-origin roasts

We work with a small network of roasters who share our standards. If we can't trace it, we don't serve it.

Baked before dawn

Every pastry leaves the oven before we open. Leftovers don't make it to the shelf — that's just how we do it.

No rush, no pressure. Bring a book, open a laptop, or just sit. The door is always open.
